I’ve known Kat for a while and always loved her work.
Over the years I’ve gotten bouquets for birthdays, Valentine’s Day and funerals. In a way my life’s transitions have been punctuated by visits to her studio.

It was fun to photograph here, knowing the space I could shoot it from my own experience of walking in, hearing the bell ring, seeing Klaus and then the catch ups that would go over life in general and the highs and lows of being self employed.
